(I think I’ll do a video review!) I bought this on the recommendation of my physiotherapist. I suffer from pain and pelvic floor dysfunction since the birth of my baby last year. Needless to say that their use was not pleasant for me. What was good worked on painful trigger points myself. The tip has a bit of a point on this subject, which makes it a bit uncomfortable, but it could be mine.
